During the short scoping step, we confirm the exact scope and lock a fixed price before any work begins. If anything falls outside standard scope (like a catch-up reconciliation or multi-state payroll tax), we'll flag it and confirm the adjusted price with you first. You always know what you're paying before we start.

Yes. If your accounts haven't been reconciled in a while or your BAS is overdue, we can scope a catch-up job. The pricing and timeline will be adjusted based on how much work is needed, and we'll confirm everything with you before starting. No surprises.
