We manage your hiring process end-to-end for a scoped amount of hires per quarter, or more depending on your needs. This includes managing relationships with your existing recruitment partners, direct sourcing through LinkedIn and referral programs, job description drafting, interview scheduling and coordination, reference checks, and offer letter preparation.

We also maintain a live candidate pipeline tracker so you have visibility on every open role and its current status at any time.

2. Onboarding and Offboarding

We help with the processes that surround people joining and leaving your business. For new hires, this includes HRIS setup, completion of all employment documentation, and a structured induction process. We review your current onboarding process and recommend improvements where needed.

For departing employees, we manage exit processes including final pay coordination, exit documentation, and exit interviews where appropriate.

3. People Operations

We handle the day-to-day administrative and compliance work that keeps your people function running accurately. This covers leave management and approvals via HRIS, maintenance of employee records and contracts, and review and update of people policies to ensure they remain current and compliant.

4. Culture & Engagement

We design and run a quarterly pulse survey to capture team sentiment, analyse results against the prior quarter, and produce a short report with recommended actions. 5. Employee Development & Performance

6. Ongoing Collaboration
